Susan Morgan, Firm Administrator, received her BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and is a graduate of the Texas School of Trust Banking. Susan was a Trust Officer for 25 years, having worked for three national banking organizations. She retired as Senior Vice President and Manager of the Dallas office of a multi-billion dollar trust and private banking firm. She is an avid community volunteer.

Laura Stovall works as a litigation/trial paralegal in addition to working in areas of guardianship, probate, and estate planning.  She has 18 years' experience as a legal secretary/legal assistant.  She also holds a diploma as Legal Information Specialist from ESS College of Business, Dallas, Texas.  Ms. Stovall is a member of the Fort Worth Paralegal Association and the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association.

Cindi Adler is a litigation/trial paralegal, working in the areas of guardianship, probate, estate planning and probate litigation. Ms. Adler received her Certified Legal Assistant degree from Southwestern Professional Institute in Houston, Texas. She has been employed in the area of litigation since 1984, and has a total of 26 years of litigation and trial experience. Her experience as a paralegal has included oil and gas production, contract, environmental, employment, labor and benefit law. Ms. Adler is a member of the Fort Worth Paralegal Association and the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association.

Mary Ellen McMahon is a paralegal, working in the areas of guardianship and probate.  Ms. McMahon has a very diverse accounting background.  She has 25+ years of Accounting/Financial experience.  She is a member of the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association and the Fort Worth Paralegal Association.

Tiffany Young works as a paralegal in the areas of guardianship, probate, estate planning and probate litigation. Mrs. Young received her Associate of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from an American Bar Association approved program at Trident Technical College in Charleston, South Carolina in May 2011. In May 2011, Mrs. Young became a Certified Paralegal through the National Association of Legal Assistants, Inc., with which she is currently a member. Her experience as a paralegal has included: criminal law, bankruptcy, real estate, commercial business, contracts, probate, trusts, estates, family and domestic relations, and other real property matters. She is a member of the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association and the Fort Worth Paralegal Association.

Diane Miner handles the accounting and administration responsibilities. She has been employed in the legal field since 1983.

 

Nicole Hogan is the firm's receptionist. She is usually the first voice you hear when you call the office.
