Anita Mitchell joined applicant’s firm in June, 2010 and is working in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianship, business entities, and tax related matters. She has worked in the legal field for over 25 years. Ms. Mitchell earned her paralegal certificate from The Paralegal Institute, and has been employed as a paralegal in the trusts and estates area for the past 13 years. She currently holds national certification as a Certified Paralegal as well as paralegal certification by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Estate Planning and Probate Law. Ms. Mitchell is a member of the Fort Worth Paralegal Association, Tarrant County Probate Bar Association, Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas, and the National Association for Legal Assistants. Susan Morgan, Firm Administrator,received her BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and is a graduate of the Texas School of Trust Banking. Susan was a Trust Officer for 25 years, having worked for three national banking organizations. She retired as Senior Vice President and Manager of the Dallas office of a multi-billion dollar trust and private banking firm. She is an avid community volunteer and enjoys helping the students at the Rotary Club of Fort Worths adopt- a- school, stay in school, and go on to college program. Cindi Adler is a litigation/trial paralegal, working in the areas of guardianship, probate, estate planning and probate litigation. Ms. Adler received her Certified Legal Assistant degree from Southwestern Professional Institute in Houston, Texas. She has been employed in the area of litigation since 1984, and has a total of 26 years of litigation and trial experience. Her experience as a paralegal has included oil and gas production, contract, environmental, employment, labor and benefit law. Ms. Adler is a member of the Fort Worth Paralegal Association, Tarrant County Probate Bar Association and a former member of the Houston Paralegal Association. Laura Stovall works as a litigation/trial paralegal in addition to working in areas of guardianship, probate, and estate planning. She has 18 years experience as a legal secretary/legal assistant with various law firms. She also holds a diploma as Legal Information Specialist from ESS College of Business, Dallas, Texas. Ms. Stovall is a member of the Fort Worth Paralegal Association. Nancy Vosika works almost exclusively in the areas of guardianship, probate, and estate planning. Prior to working for the firm, Ms. Vosika was a paralegal in Jackson, Mississippi for 3 years, working in the areas of family law, workers compensation, personal injury, social security disability and labor relations, and (including experience prior to that position), Ms. Vosika has fourteen years experience in those areas. Ms. Vosika is a member of the Fort Worth Paralegal Association. Diane Miner handles the accounting and administration responsibilities. She has been employed in the legal field since 1983. Nicole Hogan is the firms receptionist. She is usually the first voice you hear when you call the office. Michael Lemke is the firms Office Assistant. He is in charge of our file room, goes to the courthouse daily to file documents, and handles miscellaneous other duties. Michael is a seminary student and new father. |
